Complaint Resolution Policy:
The Professional Pricing Society (PPS) is committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. We value feedback from all participants and take complaints seriously to ensure continuous improvement.

Submission Guidelines:
- All formal complaints must be submitted in writing via email to: [email protected]
- To be eligible for review, complaints must be submitted within one year of your initial course enrollment date.

Resolution Process:
- Acknowledgment: PPS will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days.
- Review: Your complaint will be reviewed by our Training and Certification team. If additional information is needed, you may be contacted for clarification.
- Resolution: A formal response, including resolution steps or further actions, will be provided within 15 business days of receiving your complete complaint.

National Registry Statement:
The Professional Pricing Society is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
